  • Increase employee productivity
  • Increase customer and employee safety
  • Provide 24/7 access to your system from anywhere in the world
  • Reduce the need for physical security

CCTV Systems

A basic CCTV system comprises of a CCTV camera, a video transmission system which sends video signals from the camera to a recording system such as a digital video recorder (DVR) which in turns sends the image to a monitor for display, viewing of playback purposes

Guard Monitoring Systems

Passive System

The standard system consists of a Mag-Touch Patrol Baton, 10 ID clocking points on site, download station and software.
The guard will patrol during the night and you then download the unit via a pc. This historic data will be compiled in a report with logical names for the clock points at each location and automatically saved in directory for printing.

The web-based server can also be set-up by Timeline to:

  • SMS unlimited messages, as above, to any amount of cellphones
  • Automated reports to Email reports daily/weekly or monthly. Thus no driving to sites or collecting batons to download on PC.
  • Panic button signal on-site, built in the Mag-Cell Unit.
  • Secure login with Username and Password on internet.
  • Have unlimited user accounts assigned to sites and reports.
  • No software installed on PC, only internet connection needed. Fully web based software!

Active System – Mag-Cell Monitoring

The Mag-Cell is a self contained black box, installed in the guard house on-site. Equipped with a GPRS modem, it communicates directly to our web-based internet software.

One needs the passive system in order to upgrade to the Mag-Cell, and to make the site live! A guard will still walk the site on patrols, but now, he has to report to the guard house in the given round time. The information gets downloaded directly to the server and stored in database.

The power of the internet will allow you to view your sites activity from anywhere in the world. Mag-Cell is also a complete control room software.

Giving messages to the controller like:

  • arrowsmallerPatrol OK

CCTV Remote Monitoring

We recognized the need to establish an off-site monitoring facility, a fundamental element of security monitoring whether it is physical or information security. We provide a trusted and reliable solution for Networked Video Recording verification and interactive Monitoring

Our System

The system we utilize to monitor our clients site, is a highly scale able application. Allowing for local and remote control CCTV system, from an entry level system with a small amount of cameras to a large installation with multiple cameras. We are able to convert existing analogue based CCTV systems to digital remote monitoring systems without current equipment obsl . All these at a cost effective rate. The cameras, alarm sensors and detectors are located at the client’s site, connected to CCTV transmission equipment. Our Command Centre provides audible and visual notification of alarms.

Response to Alarm

When an alarm is set-off, the digital images of what generated the alarm are transmitted to our Command Centre. The operators then respond to the alarm as per the agreed alarm procedures, i.e. audio challenge to warn off intruders through bi-directional audio link, contacts the relevant emergency service, patrol the site and more. If and emergency service was contacted, the operators remain in contact with the emergency service to describe the situation in real time.

Why remote video monitoring?

  • Vigilant 24 hours a day
  • Centralised management of multiple remote sites
  • Appropriate, proactive and fast intervention by specially-trained staff
  • Situations defused before they escalate to loss, damage or violence
  • Evidential quality video and audio recording
  • Protection of staff, customers, stock and assets
  • Cost-effective and efficient solutions to prevent business disruption
  • Collation factor illuminated

Instant Interactive Monitoring

Interactive monitoring takes the role of Video Verification a step further. It provided an interface platform between the client, its employees and our Command Centre operators. At just a “press” of an button, the client and its employees are instantly connected through an audio link, to our Command Centre.
